The effectiveness of our exterior spray service is guaranteed for a period of 3 months (12 weeks).
While one application is often all that is needed, we offer discounted "late season" maintenance applications, repeat application packages, and of course, if any issues present within the guaranteed 3 month window, simply contact our office and a technician will evaluate and remedy the issue at first opportunity free of charge.
Convenient application
The majority of applications don't require the customer to be home at the time of service. The technician will arrive at your home and ensure a thorough evaluation and application of the area is completed and will leave details of the application and an invoice via your preferred format.

Yes! We use the safest chemicals available that will keep your home free of pests for months at a time. Information of the chemicals used will be included in your service record.
No! While our chemicals are perfectly safe to be around during and immediately after spraying your home, you can just provide us your address and what pests you want controlled and we will complete your service and provide follow up information via your preferred format.
Yes! We offer a $10 credit when you refer a new customer to Proper Pest. Additionally, we offer Multi-property discounts for groups of homes or businesses within close proximity of each other. For further information on these discounts please contact us directly.
